Would recommend for a short stayover

Elegant room, friendly staff, made my stay comfortable with excellent breakfast options and convenient access to the nearby metro station just a 10-minute walk away.

The room was cozy, but the bathroom was a tight squeeze.

It’s a bit off the beaten path, which might not suit those craving the buzz of Monastiraki or Plaka, but it was a serene escape for us! You’ll enjoy some peace and quiet, which is a plus if you’re like me and prefer a good night's sleep after a day out.

Unfortunately, the cleaning standards were lacking in our room. We found hair left behind from previous guests on the sofa and floor, which was unacceptable. the room we booked was supposed to include a mini bar, but it was missing. It was disappointing that bottled water was not refreshed daily, only at check-in.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a private balcony, contributing to a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, including fantastic Greek yogurt and warm bread. parking was somewhat challenging due to a small car lift, which made maneuvering larger vehicles difficult. While the atmosphere was generally peaceful, some external noise could be heard at times.

We had an amazing time! Our room was super spacious, with a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfy bed, and even a private balcony. Breakfast was fantastic, with hot dishes and sweet options. The staff were delightful, always making us feel at home and offering help whenever we needed it. Really appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail.

It was just a great fit for a fleeting trip in Athens with very good value for money. The breakfast selection each morning was outstanding, featuring plenty of fresh fruit and delicious Greek yogurt. Make sure to ask about the local dining spots, as the recommendations are spot on!

i had a wonderful stay at estia boutique. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the vibrant plaka and right next to the kerameikos ancient cemetery, a beautiful and peaceful spot. my room was spacious and well-equipped, and the exceptional service made me feel right at home. breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options to start the day.

I had a magical stay in this charming hotel where the breakfast was a daily highlight and the cozy room had a beautiful balcony, although it was slightly more compact than the photos suggested. I would absolutely return!
